How Node.js Works with a Website Interface
A website interface and its backend have different jobs. The frontend displays pages, forms and controls that people interact with. The backend processes requests, applies application rules and communicates with databases or external services.
For example, React.js can display a customer dashboard, while a Node.js backend supplies account information through APIs. The two technologies can work together, but they remain separate parts of the application.
